One of Houston's best kept secrets. Excellent traditional Italian cuisine, sophisticated and frequently changing wine list, including at least 10 whites and reds by the glass at any given time. Formal enough for a special occasion but cozy enough to feel like an intimate neighborhood hangout. Excellent food, wine, service and ambience. And much less stuffy than some of its counterparts. What more could you want?
Discovered your restaurant during the flood last night. What a hidden gem! Had the dumpling appetizer and creamy mushroom/spinach pasta. It was deliciouuuussss! Great waitress too! She was very helpful on recommending me for vegetarian dishes. I have to come back soon for that creamy mushroom pasta....MMmmmm....
Never had a bad moment at Divino. Highly recommended.
