If i could give no stars I would. Had a appointment with Gina. She was a hour late to see me. Then she didn’t even apologize and when I told her to skip the fancy stuff cause I waited so long and just needed it done cause I was going out of town, which is why I booked weeks in advance to begin with, she stated she won’t be rushed. I gifted a Groupon for a mani/pedi. When the person went in, she had to hear Gina complain about how she doesn’t make any money off of the Groupons. If you are going to complain about it, don’t offer it. I find it very unprofessional of Gina to complain to a customer, a customer that she could have potentially started a business relationship with for reoccurring appointments.
