Lack of integrity & does a poor job with hair services. Needed my locs done & wanted interlock since I had about 2.5 inches of new growth. Shop owner Derytah priced me at $180 for it. This seemed fine because her website listed $130 for a regular wash/retwist, with a $50 add-on for interlock services. But here's how she cheated me: I showed up pre-washed as courtesy. I had to finally stop going. It’s always a hit or miss whenever I come in. Either she’s great, or she’s just really rude and I don’t understand why. Last time I went, I felt like I was an inconvenience because she had plans but I had already booked that appointment months prior. On top of that, because she wanted to go to set plans, she tried to send me home with wet hair to dry at home, though I had payed for the full service in advanced.
