If there was a zero star this place would be it really unprofessional Cna staffing cussing leaving dirty diapers in trash; no patient center care the nurse where agency and nice but other than that they did know where some medication for patients were and could only leave messages no results; Ems notified nursing board 20 times to shut place down; holes in walls cleaning staff decent
The place was filthy and disgusting. I did a 12 hour shift that I wish I hadn't. I'll never go back. I'm surprised it's still up and running.
Rehabilitation expires once the resident has been residing for an extended period! You can leave messages, but never expect a response… The staff are very disrespectful to residents and family members if you should question them. My dad has lost a tremendous amount of weight. He’s sent out to appointments looking as if he’s homeless! He suffers from dementia, so they allow him to pull funds from his account then it mysteriously disappears.
