My experience with Divine Power USA has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I purchased all of the solar equipment myself and hired Divine Power USA strictly for the installation. Had them come out and check solar system. They found a part failure. They took a $500 deposit for part as it had to be ordered. That was 6 months ago. Zero communication. Will not answer or return a call. Since I can't respond to your response I will add more here. I live in the house but do not own it. My friend does. Very competitive pricing and professional.. Dave and Rickie provided the amazing service and took care of our project very well. Divine power is the best solar company in Bakersfield and would definitely recommend everyone to go with them.
We had them do a $70,000 solar installation for us back in June and we were told that the solar is up and running however after further research they did not pull any permits from the county and did not do any NEM agreement with PGE. This entire job was done without any permits. We had a different company come to remedy the situation and they let us know that they installed the cheapest equipment and did not install it properly.
