I had an excellent experience with Divine Power USA. Rikki and Dave were absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They installed my solar battery quickly and took the time to clearly explain how everything works. The entire process, from delivery to installation, was smooth and timely. I truly appreciate their great service and would highly recommend them!

My husband approached these guys while they were working in our neighborhood. Our solar has been down for nearly a year. We’ve been unsuccessful in trying to get someone to come look at it. Thankfully they were wrapping up and were able to come over and take a look at our solar system . In less than an hour they had us up and running again! Great experience overall.

If everything goes exactly according to plan and no follow-up service is required, this company may be adequate. After installation, however, customer support appears to be largely unavailable. I have been attempting for more than two weeks to receive a call back regarding an issue with my unit. Despite repeated attempts, no one has returned my call. REVISED 2/5/2026 Beto is who I worked with to get the solar installed, and he did a great job. Amanda and Rickey is who I spoke with when I called and they were polite and respectful, and the roof technicians were professional as well—which is the only reason this company would have earned 1 star. I have to add a star just to post this review. Unfortunately, Divine’s overall customer service is horrible. It is nearly impossible to get a call back. The women I speak with when I call are polite and respectful, and the roof technicians were professional as well—which is the only reason this company earned 1 star. Unfortunately, Divine’s overall customer service is horrible. It is nearly impossible to get a call back.
