Very unhappy with my nails and price wanted one thing ended up with another. Wrong color wrong size. Nails leaning I tried to tell her she said your bone is not straight. My real nail still showing on side. Never done a review til now never been this unhappy with getting my nails done. Wanted med stiletto regular polish. Got small stiletto gel polish for more money spent. Won’t be back.
A group of us in a wedding party went there for the first time. I had gotten there first and I told the lady we had reservations and I was just waiting on the rest of the girls (I was early) She told me I wasn’t allowed to wait and made me go back to her chair and by the time the rest of the girls got there I was already halfway done with my manicure. The prices are ridiculous! I went in for a pedicure and manicure both with gel polish. The gentleman gave me a list and asked which pedicure I wanted and I chose the 35 one. He gave me nail colors to choose and I asked for a milky pink they did not have anything close so I ended up just going with white. He started my pedicure and ended up cutting my pinky toe. He was very rough. Moving on to the manicure he trimmed back my cuticles and buffed my nails and put the white gel color on. Keep in mind this was just a manicure. 55... read more
I love this place. Everyone is very friendly. It's very clean and relaxed. Decent pricing, too.Chantelle is my nail tech.she has done my nails for 3-4 years, and I believe she only works by appointment.
