PRICE GOUGING!! I have come to this location about six times now. This was by far my worst experience which has made it my last time that I will be going here. The customer service is always just okay, they could be more friendly/ welcoming. Today, I got a classic pedicure with gel toes. I had no issue there. With my nails I have natural mid length nails and today decided I wanted to do french tips with brown being the tips. The nail tech, Henry, told me it would be $80. The only reason this place has some sort of credibility is because of Henry. Henry did my nails, and they are fantastic! He is also so sweet, and he makes for a very good conversation. The rest of the place's service is all alright. The front counter can be incredibly rude, especially when you're leaving. The only reason I come back is because of the quality of work, but otherwise, the main staff can be very rude (especially the front desk).
Tom and Lisa are the best. I went with my daughter to get pedicure, Tom is so friendly, Tom did mine and Lisa my Daughter they take their time to do it and good massage on my legs, I was so pleased will definitely go back so Tom can do my pedicure again
Henry did my nails and he did an Amazing job ! Highly recommend
The guy was talking about me the whole time and made fun of me. I wish I could get my money back nobody come here
