I’ve been a loyal customer of Divine Nails for years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. I came in for an acrylic fill and pedicure and showed a reference photo of the cat eye nails I wanted (attached). The owner immediately told me they couldn’t do cat eye, so I agreed to switch to chrome instead. When the chrome was applied, it wasn’t visible at all. I am a repeat customer, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I came in for a pedicure and facial waxing service. During the waxing, the technician was extremely rough and repeatedly pushed and repositioned me rather than communicating what she needed me to do. The way I was handled made me uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Divine Nail Bar in Carrollton is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is out of this world — every single person on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is immaculate, beautiful, and spotless, which instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a gel pedicure with Ruth, and it was truly incredible from start to finish.
