First time here I had a good experience I stopped going to the other nail shop divine by WinCo because their prices are crazy and nails look like crap . I came here had no issues my nails and feet look great

Divine Nail Bar in Carrollton is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is out of this world — every single person on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is immaculate, beautiful, and spotless, which instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a gel pedicure with Ruth, and it was truly incredible from start to finish. This place is a joke!! Asked for female pedicure....gave me a male who was very rough $35 basic said he got ingrown out....I just now got it out myself. Said dip was one price charged a different price. Bye bye don't waste your money. Very dishonest!

From their attitude to their attention, nothing was up to the mark. The male employee was extremely rude while doing my nails. It felt like I was sitting in front of a strict school professor telling me to be quiet while he worked. When I asked him why one of my nails looked tilted instead of straight, he was very dismissive and rude. When I told him not to continue, the owner didn’t even bother to apologize. Kim did a beautiful job on my daughter’s nails. We have both been here several times for manicures and pedicures and have been satisfied every time. We will keep coming back.
