Extremely difficult. I had an issue getting my refill through to the pharmacy properly, she had no education on how to help with that, I had to go through hoops to fix it for her and all she had to do was resend it. Instead of doing that, she made me have 2 more appointments, the first of which she didn't show up to. The second she showed up to the virtual appointment and then hung up on me, refusing to provide care or do any part of her job.
