Good collections. The lady was nice she explained all the questions I had. I got a good piece for a reasonable price. They do repairs as well.
This guy tried to sell possibly refurbished second hand rings with dents and scratches to a couple that’s about to get married. No certificate, handwritten receipts, no refunds. Good luck to anyone that’s buying their wedding rings there. Total scammer, I hope you use my wedding money well in your pathetic afterlife. My mother-in-law was a loyal customer bought a lot of her rings there, will no longer be going to this place.
I was there couple weeks ago to fix my gold chain and I was very pleased the way Mr Tim a believe his name is, ,served me , very fast, good price he even offered to clean my chain for free of charge . Very good experience,excellent customer service.
I bought an online ring and i guessed the wrong size for my fiancee. I took it back to that same online store for resizing, and they told me it can’t be resized and suggested ring beads as a solution and charged me for it. My fiancee didn’t find the beads comfortable at all. We brought the ring to Divine Jewelry and they fixed it in less than half an hour and you can watch his process.
