Preena seemed wonderful at first. She recommended my father for one of the homes she owns, an “independent living”. The home was not built to code, and there was literally a woman living in a converted closet. By the end of my dad being in her home, I felt totally scammed. She did not provide the services she said she would provide (specifically medication management) and my father almost died. I got Preenas name through Kaiser Hospital. I called at 0930 in the morning. She literally got me an appointment that day at 2. She also had 8 back ups in case I wasn’t satisfied. We moved my mother-in-law into the home 2 days later. I highly recommend using this company.
