She wanted cash only and said she didn't take credit or cheque or debit...got a very strange vibe so decided not to go with them. Didn't want to give her a hundred bucks (down payment) only to be out with no proof of payment. This was just a bridesmaid's dress... Can't imagine buying a wedding dress with cash. Very strange.

I had a great time at Divine designs, they were very friendly and very kind to me also more then helpful. This is a great store and I recomend divine designs to everyone.

In March I ordered my prom dress from here. I was told my order would be in by May 29th. 2 weeks ago I called and asked where my dress was and the owner told me Toronto, and they would call me back the next day. Since they did not phone me back I told my mum about the situation and when she called to ask where my prom dress was they lied to her and admitted they had no idea where my dress was. This is short but a sweet "Thank You" to you Inge and your staff at Divine Designs. Your wedding gowns are beautiful, the bridesmaid dresses are awesome---and there was a lot to choose from. My experience in your bridal store was fun, delightful and memorable, for sure. Patti.

My friend and her wedding party had a horrible experience with Divine Designs wedding and formal wear. Not only were their dresses not what they had ordered but the service they received was appalling. This wedding party put their orders in nearly a year ago and just got the call confirming the dresses had arrived this past Thurs(close to a month before the actual wedding) they should have already had their first fittings by now and to make matters worse the dresses that were to be 4 different styles customized to the ladies... read more
