Ashley is very Dependable and informative on how to achevive and maintain healthy hair. Nothing but complements when I set out!
The atmosphere at Ashley's is exactly what a hair salon should be. Clear, beautiful and relaxing. She never over books so you are in and out in a more than reasonable time.
Great customer service and atmosphere. Only person that has done my hair and the style lasts more than a couple of hours. Her hands felt like my mom was doing my hair. You can feel that Ahshley was not timid and confident in what she does. First time in life I was shocked about the results and gave no direction on how I like my hair.
Ashley is amazing. She is great at what she does and has excellent customer service.
I would like to preface this by saying it is strictly about the salon’s customer service and not their work. I tried to set up an appointment at this salon for two months. The owner and receptionist repeatedly told me they would call me or email me back to setup the appointment, but they never did. If you don’t have the space for another client that is fine but don’t waste a potential customer’s time and energy.
