Dr James is one of the greatest dentists I’ve ever gone to! I’ve never been to a dentist who’s as personable and patient centered as him. He has some amazing technique to make sure injections don’t hurt and he always reads so many articles to make sure he’s up to date with the latest news about dentistry. I’ll be sending my wife to him as well
굉장히 불쾌한 경험이었음. 2달 전 다른 치과에서 체크업 받고 다 괜찮다고 들은 이후 관리를 나름 열심히 했는데 또 이가 아파서 진료 받으려고 한다고 이야기드림. 작은 충치 기준으로 price range라도 달라고 이야기했는데 딱 잘라서 안된다고 이야기함. 추천 받아서 택시 타고 가는 건데 작은 충치 기준으로 500달러면 아무 의미가 없지 않냐고 했더니 스페인어로 다른 직원이랑 면전에 통화하면서 낄낄거림. 그러더니 헬로 몇 번 하더니 전화를 끊음. 다시 전화해서 물어봤더니 말이 없어서 끊었다면서 오늘 5시가 내가 줄 수 있는 기회인데 예약 하고 싶냐고 말함. 그러면서 오늘 치료가 안될 수도 있다고 함. 작은 충치 기준으로도 어렵겠냐고 했는데 직접 봐야 한다는 말만 반복함. 적어도 가정이라도 달라고 해도 무조건 와서 보라는 말뿐임. 인터넷에서 좋다고 하고 한국인 선생님도 계신다고 하셔서 가보려고 했는데 리셉션이 이렇게 불친절하면 도무지 방문할 수 있는 가능성이 하나도 없는 듯.
