I’m giving Word all 5 stars and I’m sure you will too! I had really bad leg pains from an injury in 2021, which prevented me having fully mobility. Working out, running and even laying on my side were all painful. I thought this was going to be my life. After one session, I’m was back in the gym also started running again.
