For the past 6 years, Cynthia has been doing my Eyelash Extensions. Recently she did my Permeant Makeup that includes Shaded Eyeliner and Lower Liner. Cynthia also did my Powder Brow over Microblading that she completed in the past and it is amazing! I get so many compliments. Cynthia is an artist and is compassionate. Highly recommend permanent lip blush application by Cynthia. A worthwhile investment in yourself - and performed by perfectionist artist you can trust. I was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep during the procedure; the topical numbing is so effective and the environment relaxing. Worth the wait to book a slot in Cynthia’s schedule.

Cynthia works wonders with lashes, and if you're looking for permanent makeup, she is amazing! She recently did permanent makeup on my brows (powder brows), and I am loving the results! After a series of unfortunate hair cuts and colors I went to Divine. Chandal gave me the best cut and color I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I finally found a great stylist! Julia also gave me the perfect manicure. So far I have loved everything about Divine. I definitely recommend it.
Cynthia is amazing! She does my lashes and micro blades my brows. She makes everything look so natural and fabulous! Very satisfied with quality of her work!
