Not sure about the reviews on the company/front office itself; this review is specifically for Wren Douglass. They were easily the best therapist I have ever had. I saw them for about 2 years. Very nice, straightforward, challenging, and accommodating and understanding. The art aspect is a bonus. Proof? For the first birthday since I was in middle school, I'm no longer resentful for another year. Do with that information as you will.
I Wouldn’t recommend. My daughter therapist more so counselor was nice but It didn’t really give therapist or qualified therapy, It gave more like she had consistent meetings with an older friend counselor at school or something .. No feed back on how my daughter was doing or coming along.. If you are looking for a more in depth therapist this is not the place.
Gave them all my information and never heard back from them , they are the worst , they are charging my insurance even tho I never heard from them ! This company needs to be shut down !
Withholding my information for months and still have not received no service!
