I have been trying to get an appointment for over 3 months. I submitted the necessary documents electronically, printed the documents out, completed them and went to the library and scanned them. I was handled so unprofessionally by the admin staff. It is sad to have this experience when seeking help.

Unprofessional. I was told the practice was accepting new patients. I completed my intakes. I declined medication management and declined the release of my information. I was told to pick a provider (3). Shortly after I get an email about the medication management form. I called in, now none of the providers I chose are accepting new clients and now I’m on a waiting list….. it’s been over a month.

I have been a patient with Divine Counseling for nearly a year. During that time, I have worked with three different practitioners, as they either left the company or were let go abruptly. This has been extremely disheartening, especially because I experienced meaningful improvement in my mental health with each counselor. Today was the final straw. Love the staff here very helpful and understanding! I can’t wait to continue on with them! Very supportive and encouraging when it comes to mental health, they truly want to see you better and grow.
