Extremely shady practices. Cannot make a full principal only payment without FIRST making the interest payment. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company at all costs and look somewhere else for your financing needs.
Terrible financial institution…does not process anything in a timely fashion, a year later my loan docs are still not uploaded. Frontline customer service was very rude
These people are total jerks, have no compassion, and refused to work with us when my mother passed away and we tried to get the loan back on track. Not only that, pay really close attention to how much the loan is actually costing you because they stretch the payments out so long that your loan can practically double. I would suggest you avoid doing business with them.
Portsmouth VA real estate deal DEAD over this company's lack of care and communication. Solar panel financing issue with good credit near 700 and NO EXPLANATION GIVEN after multiple attempts. Nearer the end of a real estate and mortgage process with experienced Agents and an experienced Loan Officer for a legitimately approved deal, a Seller and Buyer are left speechless having to Release the deal back on the market.
