I have been to many places to help my mental health, and this by far is the most kind and understanding I have been to. They listened and also helped me get things done that were incredibly hard to do. I can understand why it has low ratings as sometimes some places are not a fit for most. But if I ever have a struggle like I did the other day- I will gladly come back. We had seen some questionable reviews and weren’t sure if we chose the right place. Our kiddo was seen quickly, their counselor was phenomenal. We walked out of there with tools, tips, a list of providers, and most of all hope! I don’t know if she’ll ever see this but Lynelle was our guardian angel that night and will always be in our hearts!!
very average experience, not good but not bad either. i have seen other very poor reviews, so i would be careful, but as far as my experience it was pretty normal.
