Do not come here if you want real help. You are given the cookie cutter old 90s ideology of how mental health should be. Literally everyone is treated the exact same and everybody stays in their rooms because they aren't getting the help they need

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. all these other reviews of one or two stars are 100% accurate. i never write reviews but this place deserves it. i had the worst panic attack of my life, went to the er thinking something was wrong with, realized it was just anxiety so i went to the only place i know to get immediate support. i have been here once before and it was the same, horrible experience. you walk in, they make you fill out heaps of paperwork. no compassion at all. just stone cold, expressionless. just like ... read more

I've been in crisis twice this year. Both times, I could not ask for better help. Lauren saw the real me and what I truly needed. She didn't waste time working on getting me to the resources to put me on the road to recovery. Because, I didn't follow through with her same enthusiasm, I got to meet Adam. I'd like to thank God for him too. He also saw ME, knew exactly what I really needed to hear. These people are literally out here saving lives. When we walked in the front desk was friendly, the atmosphere was calm. Our wait time to be seen was not long at all, we went to the back and spoke to a counselor, she was kind, easy to understand. We were advised of resources and she encouraged to make safety plan for my granddaughter.. over all it was a good experience.
