I am absolutely stunned by the way I was treated during my first DUI Level 2 class appointment at Diversus Health's Jet Wing location. I arrived at the check-in desk at 6:08 PM, and was told I could not attend because “you have to be here by 6:08.” It had just turned 6:09 PM, and I was denied access entirely even though I was present, polite, and clearly trying to meet my legal obligation.
