I've been using their services since they were Aspen Pointe. Their therapists are top notch, but I've had serious problems with their psychiatrists (One who horribly misdiagnosed me after talking to me for 15 minutes, it was to the point that my therapist had to step in). Now they have a new system where you have to remember to call them and set up an appointment 3-5 days ahead of when they want to see you next. They shoved it ALL back onto people who are there for MH issues so they don't have to deal with scheduling. I wond... read more

I've been a client for years back when it was still aspen Pointe. The goods were the culinary program and GED program and the mental health services. Now since they changed to diversus health, everything has gone to garbage, you can no longer schedule a appointment with ur provider, they have to have a secondary person schedule it, you also can no longer schedule multiple appointments with them, u also can no longer schedule med appointments longer then a week in advance (used to be atleast 3 months in advance). He didn't know my records were sent over. I told them they were. He said no they weren't. I said can you at least check. What a shocker they were there. I told him how badly I needed medication and he told me he'll talk to me when I calm down. And then argued with me and it. He refused to provide services in an emergency situation!! He should not be allowed to provide any services. All he did was make things worse!!
