Once the Fraser drive location has hired all of these new people the customer service has been extremely horrible. On one occasion I had an appointment and I wasn’t even seen on another occasion I called more than 2 times only for the phone to be picked up no greeting or anything and the call disconnected. This is outrageous and horrible, I love my sons provider there but I will definitely be switching his doctor since I can never get through to get an appointment when needed.
RecommendedI had more than 1 bad experience at the Diversity location in Ludowici. But, my coworker encouraged me to give the location on Fraser Dr another chance. I had an appt last week and my experience was completely different. Alex and Grace from the front office were wonderful. They definitely put me at ease about what kind of experience I was going to have that day. And Paige Mercer is really nice, very professional and listened to everything I had to say. I bequna I very had good time at diversity health center with ms. Grace and dr.right they was very sweet and respectful they made me feel comfortable I even laughed too I enjoyed my first day there and I will continue going there thank you to ms.grace and dr. right for making everything right keep doing what you do.
