Fantastic place for LGBTQ health, but not reliable for primary care. I have had appointments scheduled and then day of changed to a day I’m unavailable, two separate times my preferred physician left and I was placed with other physicians without my knowledge until showing up for the appointment. I’ve been coming here for years now and I unfortunately can’t take these issues anymore especially now that I live 20+ min away from the facility.
I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over two weeks without a response and when i called previously there was no answer, today i called back and they were rude, impatient and hung up on me without providing any help. This is a scam of a clinic filled with nurses instead of doctors. DO NOT go here
I've been receiving HRT from Radona for almost two years at this point (MtF). I've not once had an issue getting medication or when reaching out with questions. All of my inquiries have been answered within 24 hours. These people have changed my life and allowed me to be who I want to be instead of what I was told I should be. If I could rate more than five stars, I would.
Scheduled an appointment because a friend recommended them. I was tired of answering a bunch of nosey questions about being gender non conforming just to get my blood pressure medicine. Instead they wanted an extremely detailed rundown of my sexual and mental health history and detailed explanation of my gender identity even though I wasn't there for any issues around that.
