Very professional and understanding
This woman was terribly unprofessional. Most of the assessment we talked about her. She didn't get my name right on the assessment to the courts, got my birthday wrong, got the facts wrong, had trouble sending it the assessment to my lawyer. She didn't remember accurate details of our conversation, and even mentioned things that were not discussed. She kept asking what day I had court and said she was mixing me up with someone else.
