10/10 would highly recommend! Had the most amazing experience. Did a massage, reiki, and infrared Sauna! The perfect mix to get my chill on and completely reset! Can’t wait to go back!
I had my first infrared sauna. It was relaxing, it felt so good. The atmosphere was perfect and Deborah went out of her way to make me feel welcome and what to expect. They have massage therapy as well. That is next!
I used the infrared sauna on 2/14/24. We had just had some virus pass through our home and I felt a little crummy. Abby had me hop in for only 15 minutes. By the next day I was feeling better and never got the full blown sickness like the rest of the family! It was amazing!
