Me llego una factura cobrando cuando yo nunca eh ido a este lugar. Dice que si no la pago me llegará un cobrador . En enero me atendí en una clínica el cual me hicieron una radiografía y pagué 106$ y me dijeron q no llegarían facturas sorpresas y ahora me llega esta de un lugar al q yo nunca eh ido, nunca eh llamado o lo había buscado en internet hasta ahora y me doy cuanta q me queda a una hora de distancia. I was sent to collections for imaging work that was done more than four years ago. At no point did I ever receive any bills or notification in the mail, or via email, text, phone, etc. The less than helpful “customer service” representative insisted that three bills were mailed to me four years ago and that they had attempted to reach me before. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would, terrible company all around, unprofessional, got sent to collections without notice, states you were "able to make payments via txt message" yet txt messages were never sent or given the option to opt in for messages, received one statement, never received statements after that until I got a collections notice. Incredible to look up a company in the 21st century, that has reviews like this. Obviously if they weren't the in network providers at Health One we would have steered clear. 1. Submitted a bill for the wrong calendar year to our insurance. 2. Sent the bill to the wrong address putting avenue instead of street. 3. Their website bill pay system is broken.
