We had this guy come out and check our home for termites. He came and did a walk around and suggested we needed treatment. My husband called him and set up a time for him to come and meet him and go over what needed to be done. My husband took off early and he never showed up, no call, and wouldn’t answer his phone. Been attempting to call you for weeks with no return calls. You worked on a house I bought and claimed to fix things from my inspection report and never did. I would appreciate it if you would stop avoiding my calls.

I hired this company to remove bats from my home. The bats were not properly removed, the home was not properly sealed afterward and now the bats are back ruining the new insulation I paid for. The owner never came back to take care of the problem despite numerous desperate calls and is no longer even answering my calls.
