Called multiple times about multiple different rental properties trying to just get a tour. Every single time I am told I will get a call back to confirm but I NEVER do. Last time I tried calling them back it is telling me the number is not available. Lazy and inconsiderate I am trying to find a place to live and give these people my money but they do not care.
DO NOT use these people for rental properties as an owner or renter!!! Heather Maidl and David Freund 'Property Manager' seem to have more important things to do than manage properties. Their communications are practically nonexistent; when they do communicate it is excuses and lies. They clearly like to pad their 'maintenance fees' when/if the maintenance gets done. When pressed for receipts none are provided; no transparency. They are an LLC of slumlords!
I don’t have any bad to say about this company. David is been really good with me and my son. He’s been keeping in contact with me and letting me know what he’s doing and has been really great so far on communication with me. He’s been treating me like a person and I really appreciate that. Most landlords or people who work for owners just been treating us like all we are just someone to get money from or just a number. I’m so far very impressed. I really hope we get the chance to rent from this company.
Impossible to reach Rhonda after doing work for her. She doesnt pay her bills.
