Beware of old Hartford hills if you decide to move here please don't it is world worst place to live in they will call you crazy and ask you for money to replace it and they never replace the refrigerator and pocket for themselves and leave you hanging that is how they run old Hartford hills they are money hungry
Nice duplex apts in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need is nearby (Kroger, gas, fast food, shopping) and within walking distance even. Monthly rent is in a fair livable range. Our apt is a bit dated, but given that the previous tenant (RIP) had lived there for the past 30+ yrs, it was not in bad shape and well taken care of. Very rude and unprofessional. Won't fix anything at all, (black mold, broken lock, broken door, shower wall coming apart) dont care about their tenants!
