Diversified Auto is by far the best shop I’ve ever used. They do great work and their prices are reasonable, but beyond that I know that I can trust James. I drive a 300k+ vehicle, so I’ve needed to take it in pretty frequently and I’m probably a little more aware of noises, etc. at this point. A couple of times James has either told me nothing was wrong, or that the repair could wait. He never charged me anything to look at it or tried to up-sell me.
