With every contact, we find she loves her work and takes the time to provide the best possible service to her clients, their loved ones and her staff. Josephine and her team have assisted my mother after two total knee replacements and I cannot say about h good things. Excellent communication, informed medical care, and an overall gem of a business. I feel at ease knowing if something ever happens we have them in our back pocket.
I highly recommend Josephine's caregiving service. I used her company twice, for two knee replacements. The second time, Josephine came herself to take care of me. She was professional, soft-spoken and fun to talk to. She never needed to be told what to do; she came in and got started right away. She communicated well with me and my daughter. It was a pleasure having her in my house. If I ever need caregiving help again, she is who I would call.
