This was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve had. Kayla Previdi appeared dismissive and disengaged during my visit, showing little interest in my concerns or overall well-being. When I mentioned that a particular medication had been effective for me in the past, she immediately dismissed it, stating that she does not prescribe it. Google says they close at 7:00 but yet they close at 4:00. They need to update their times or figure it out. I'm trying to look for a psychiatrist for my brother and I've been recommended to this place but yet Google says another thing compared to what they say on the phone. I'm giving this a one-star review for now
I was so impressed on my first visit, and thought I had found the right doctor, until I showed up for an appointment and the doors were locked with nobody answering the phone. I left three messages and left after waiting for a half an hour outside the closed office. Two days later I got a voice mail that my appointment had actually been telehealth, even though I had never done that with this doctor before, and neither the text nor the email reminders made a single mention of the appointment being online instead of in person.... read more
