I would recommend Divco to whomever want to build an eccellent home in looks, and good structure. I love my home. Their Foreman Jeff is the best, always listens and takes your ideas and works with them.

I am in the real estate development business, so I am in a pretty good position to evaluate Divco's performance. The building experience was terrific, from design to completion. Importantly, they have a strong following of high quality subs, who are the people who ultimately build a home. The sub's quality work and Divco's supervision and execution gave us a home that anyone would be thrilled with.
