Unfortunately I had to leave before being fully serviced. I wasn’t expecting it to take 4 hours for a wash and press & I didn’t have the time to wait any longer. There seems to be only one person that straightens hair and one at the wash bowl they’re understaffed for the amount of heads at the shop. I really wanted this customer experience to be great but the service didn’t exceed my expectations. I wish all the best.

Mi hijo salió del salón muy contento. Le enseñó al estilista la foto del estilo que quería y se lo hicieron tal cual. Profesionalismo, buena atención y resultados perfectos. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!

Pide un servicio, lavado blower y plancha hice cita 10am y sali Como 1. La duena llego tarde. Le di otra oportunidad y cita a 1 pm. Llegue 35 min ante, no habia nadie, la empleada me hizo lavado de pelo, rolo. Espere mas 1 hora para persona para q solo hiciera secado y planchado. No llego le dije la empleado cuanto era lavado y rolo pq hice cita no hiba esperar mas . Solo eso m cobro 55 Dolares . Para q tiene negocio si no lo van atender. I actually really liked how my hair turned out, but they are extremely unprofessional. Employees are late to work, they barely greet you when you walk in, and they just seem so lazy. The customer service is terrible. It almost feels like you’re begging to get your hair done. They don’t properly communicate amongst each other on who’s next so you’ll be sitting there watching people get serviced who came in after you. I come here to get my hair trimmed. Laly is always good energy and my hair has been on a good track this year. I will be getting a treatment service as soon as my funds allow me to do so lol. Thank you Laly.
