I’ve been here twice to get my hair done as walk in, both on Saturdays different times one at 11am the second time at 9am but for some reason the door was always locked and when I called each time I got forwarded. If you’re not open or don’t take walk ins just say that or put a sign at the door so customers are aware.
3 stars because Laly is the BEST! Avril is definitely the problem. I was loyal to this shop 2016-2019. Left in 2019 and came back 2025 and decided to be loyal to this shop again due to how GREAT Laly services are. I booked an appointment today 26 March 2026 at 1:30pm. After a certain time if you cancel, there will be no refund. When the money was taken from my account, Avril texted me informing me how the shop was closed today. Overpriced!!! Took my daughter for a haircut, yes, she got deep conditioner, the haircut and got the hair dry but I don’t think it was worth $170!!!.
Very unprofessional. I booked an 11AM appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early. I was greeted as if I was a bother. The lady had in AirPods and was talking on the phone while doing two other people’s hair. 30 minutes passed by and I’m still not sitting in the chair at the very least. I booked with Laly but she was nowhere to be found. Another lady was working on two other clients. If you do not have availability you shouldn’t allow people to book to avoid double and triple booking.
