I was very disappointed with my experience. They showed up over two hours late for both the initial estimate and the actual cleaning. I would have been willing to overlook that if the cleaning had been amazing, but instead I was left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I paid $900 plus a tip for a deep cleaning, and it felt rushed and not thorough.
