HORRIBLE! Cut my cuticle during the manicure---no apology and it was infected for days. No interaction whatsoever with any of the staff. They just sat and stared at me (4 staff in the salon during my manicure). Very pricey for the service, not even a hot wax w/the manicure ($17.00)
