Helen is amazing! She’s incredibly talented with refills, gel, powder, and pretty much any kind of nail service. She’s very detail-oriented, takes her time, and always makes sure the shape and finish look perfect. My nails come out clean, polished, and beautiful every time, and they last really well too. I highly recommend Helen if you’re looking for someone who really knows what she’s doing!
Very disappointing experience. I got a regular manicure, and the polish smudged and was ruined shortly after I left. I went back, but they refused to refund me and only offered to redo the damaged nails. After they fixed them, I specifically asked if they were dry enough to leave and was told yes. Unfortunately, they got ruined AGAIN right after I left. I don’t know if the polish was old, applied too thickly, or simply not dried properly, but this should not happen twice. Very disappointing quality and customer service
First time going here, I got my Gelx nails taken off and instead of soaking them with acetone for a long time and gently scraping off, they used drill to take off and burned my nail beds multiple times. I asked her to use more acetone and she ignored me. It took off the top of my natural nails and now so thin. Also some other lady who worked there was standing right next to us and talking to my technician the whole time and I found it distracting and made me uncomfortable, couldn’t relax there
