This is a clean establishment. Prices are ok. The mani and pedi are ok. Don’t know what happened but they didn’t opened on time the last I had an appointment there. I waited 10 minutes and left. This was the second time that they don’t open on time. I’m not coming back.

First time going here and Helen, the person who did my nails, was very rough with the nail files. I've never had a nail experience leave me with stinging cuticles. While she was shaping my nails she kept going over the cuticles painfully with the drill bit. She also did the underside of the nails with a smaller drill bit and that also hurt since she kept getting my fingers. When I asked for her to be more careful, she would still go at it the same way. Update: Came home and found a lot of hair still left. I’m requesting a full refund. Worst waxing experience ever. No gloves worn at all, no disinfection of my legs before and after waxing, and she ripped hair in tiny patches, making it painfully slow and uneven. Hoping I don’t get an infection from this. They also charged $5 more than the price shown during online booking. Never coming back, avoid if you care about hygiene.

Stopped in for quick gel mani and Kathy took great care of me. She was kind, friendly and very detail oriented. I was worried by some of the other reviews about was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely come back and at such reasonable prices.
