I am extremely upset about my experience at this salon. On July 11, I asked the technician not to use the electric buffer too close to my skin because it is painful for me. Unfortunately, my request wasn’t taken seriously, and I left with my fingers feeling very sore. About a week later, I started noticing concerning changes in my nails. The bad reviews are true !!! Annies has gone down the drain. I have been coming here for +15 years and I will never return again. Idk who annie be hiring nowadays but IT AINT IT. They’re not clean anymore, my pedicure came with a side of fungus. My hand nails are horrible, cut up & bleeding cuticles, nails not the same length, the french tip is not even, not the lines or the shape and that softening stuff they put on your nails before the acrylic powder has ruined my real nails. Annie and her crew of talented workers make it so relaxing. Ive been going to diva nails for over 20 yrs. Plus your hands and toes look pretty once they are done. Very reasonably priced for both a manicure and pedicure!
