I went to get my nails done on Monday, paid $30 for acrylic overlay for my nails and I am horrified at how the guy did my nails, just terrible and I am embarrased to show them to anyone, but I have been telling anyone that ask, the AWFUL service I received and no response from management to rectify the issue. I would never let a dissatisfied customer leave my establishment and not even follow up with the complaint.
Fantastic value and a great place! I went for the first time today and loved it. I appreciated that I wasn't constantly getting upsold on services. The offering is very straight forward: mani/pedi or gel or acrylics. Loved that you sit in regular comfy chairs. Saw lots of attention paid to sanitizing the equipment.
I would recommend this place to anyone... Clean, esthetically pleasing, and only the best professionals in the nail industry. Came here with my mom for nail care, she absolutely loved it!!! They never seem to disappoint!. The ladies greeted me warmly. Very kind and courteous to me and I can tell they offer exceptional service. Interior is very nice and elegant. I give them 5 stars!
Very clean and professional nail salon. Nice friendly staff makes for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I have had the regular mani/pedi and nails have lasted 1-2 wks. Great location for me too. They always offer water which is a nice touch.
This is the ultimate place to get a mani/pedi! There's rarely a wait, the technicians and owners are extremely friendly, the prices are reasonable and my nails NEVER break or chip! Best of all the place is SPOTLESS... cleanest spa I've been in. I highly recommend it!
My nails came out amazing. I love them and it was worth the price, the customer service is great, the environment is peaceful. I'm definitely coming here again
