I came in for a short pink nail set and a toenail repaint. I was greeted when I arrived, but once seated, the nail tech seemed disengaged and not very communicative throughout the service. Choosing a color was frustrating because the samples I selected didn’t match the colors that were brought out. We eventually agreed on a color just to move forward. my daughter & I tried this place after a bad experience elsewhere. We both were happy with our experience, past few times my daughter has gone & she hasn’t been given the same experience as initially-quality of work is not worth the price she’s paid she’s been rushed in & out. very disappointed

I came to get a pedicure done with my friend and the lady set us up and took the next customer. Then another lady walked in and she took her. Someone finally did my toes after 30 minutes and my toes were completely done before they helped my friend. My friend waited AN HOUR before being helped and was passed on multiple times. So upset and will not come back.
