This place is probably the worst business I've ever encountered. The man who stands in the front is very rude and unprofessional. I've visited this place several times in the past 2 weeks to get my eyebrows done, just for him to repeatedly lie and say the eyebrow technician isn't available, although she is. I would highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
They do not help their new employees nor do they make sure the customer is satisfied. I felt so bad for the gal doing my pedicure.
waited over an hour to spend way too money for my nails to be uneven and completely like look like hell..I will never go back!
I take my elderly mother here to get her nails done as well as have her toenails trimmed. The staff are very good with her and do an excellent job.
Oct 09, 2018. I went in to get my nails balanced/fill in. Tech #6. She started removing ALL OF THE ACRYLIC FROM MY NAIL BED. When I asked her "what are u doing?" I couldn't understand a word she was saying. There where tiny black bugs biting me. Another tech said she would ONLY charge me for a balance. By that time I NEEDED A FULL SET. AND THE BLACK BUGS CONTINUED JUMPING ON ME AND BITING ME. I LEFT...MY NAIL BEDS ARE PITTED, CRACKED, PEELING. I WOULDN'T SEND AN ENEMY THERE. I'M SCREWED.
