Katie was rude. talking negatively in a different language right infront of me. nails are brittle thin. for an hour they just used their nail machine and now they are super flimsy. tried painting over my old nails before i told them to stop and said” what are you doing just take off my old set i don’t want you to paint them now” made me pay still after destroying my nails and terrible customer service from the lady. also just had my hand sitting in a nail polish remover bowl. said they didn’t offer foils for it.
Great experience and great service. Everyone is so nice and do a great job! I was going on vacation and they matched the theme and made it extra special!
