I had a decent 1st time experience here. I unfortunately wasn't pleased with my nail person lady. She wasn't as attentive on my nails as I would've hope for since I mention it was my 1st time there and usually never get full set. She did her job, but didn't really educate me on a the diff kinds of nail work. I'm glad I had a cute design picked out otherwise, I would've made her removed my nails completely. I use to love this place, but my most recent visits have been more then disappointing, no longer as clean and sterile as they use to be, customer service was horibleeee! I remember when I first use to come here the manager would actually care about the quality of your nails but those days are long gone, when you get your nails done and less then 2 weeks later 5 already broke off there is something definitely wrong.
