Horrible experience! Was told an infill with French tip was $65 then made me pay $75 when I asked for my refund she lied and said that her staff ‘got confused’ on the phone?? Never going back
I have been coming here on and off for years. Staff are always lovely and I'm always happy with the result. I do notice how rude most customers are, though assuming the staff don't deserve manners (greetings, please etc) when they walk in. Never ceases to amaze me when women walk in and in responding to a chirpy "hi, how may I help you?" Say "infill" or "pedicure". No hi, no please, no smile. It's gross.
