If I could give this property management company zero stars, I absolutely would. Their entire approach to dealing with renters feels predatory and designed to squeeze every last dollar out of you, rather than actually support the people living in their properties. I recently experienced this firsthand when I accidentally paid my rent just one day past their grace period. Property management accuses disabled children, of excess noise. Therapeutic activities are disrupted and expected to be suspended due to lack of understanding by management regarding the needs of our children.
