Dr. Paul Dittes took care of me in the ED, he was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner. He explained things to me without using medical jargon.

Walked in and first thing out of Dr. Dittes mouth was something in response to something I said to a nurse earlier which clearly was passed along and completely misinterpreted. As I never threatened Wilton Medical. All I'd said was that "at this point it feels like medical malpractice" Dr Dittes refused to treat me due to the fact I refused to give a urine sample. Wanted to get a CT scan with reasonable ongoing symptoms including abdominal pains that validate to do such. I explained my symptoms and he agreed to do a CT scan.... read more

Taken to Emergency Room by EMS for heart attack symptoms. NO DOCTOR, NURSE, OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT AVAILABLE TO CARE FOR ME AT SARATOGA HOSPITAL ER!!! WHAAAATTT??? I WAS BROUGHT IN BY EMS, AS A LEVEL 5 SUSPECTED HEART ATTACK SITUATION!!! The HIGHEST LEVEL EMPLOYEE WHO "CARED" for me, was a TECHNICIAN, as he introduced himself to me!!!
