Llena de cucarachas ,mal servicio ,reportas problemas en el apt y Nunk vienen ,a pero si te pasas 1 día de pagar ,ahí si vienen a reclamar ,no les recomiendo el condominio a nadie .PD le doy una estrella porque es obligado …
The gym has been closed for over a month, the pool was closed about half the summer, the gates haven’t worked since at least March, the dog wash station hasn’t been operational since at least March, the mail is constantly broken into, pool parties with glass bottles left everywhere, dogs off leash… really just too many problems to list them all. New ownership had my hopes up, but repairs are moving at a snails pace.
The office team was very helpful with my move in.
El peor condominio en el que he vivido y no exactamente por la propiedad porque en verdad los apartentos me gustan excepto por la GRAN cantidad de cucarachas , pero la oficina es de lo peor , muy ,pero MUY MALA atencion. Comienzas tu contrato en un precio y luego te cobran muchisimo mas. Por servicios extras segun ellos .Nada funciona , y lo reportas y nunca lo reparan .Si tienes algun problema resuelvelo tu porque en la oficina no te lo van a resolver. En fin no se lo recomiendo a absolutamente a nadie
