Terrible management likes to have yelling competitions with tenants, maintenance take 2+months no washer and dryer for months. Pools closed half the time, going back to past reviews gym STILL isn’t open, building have cracks by window causing air to escape making electricity bill sky rocket, don’t get me started on the ROACHES AND ANTS. You have to complain multiple times to the front office to have anything done
I’ve been needing a new washing machine since mine was broken upon move in, they finally get around to it a month in due to staff marking prior work order as complete, then cancelling the second one i put in because it was a “repeat order”, i then got a sorry excuse from the front desk telling me that “they check everything out at the same time and marked it complete even though it’s still pending” mind you this is weeks after the initial work order they absolutely would not have came in again if it wasn’t for me coming in t... read more
I moved in March and I absolutely hate it here. When I toured, I was shown a nice apartment and asked if my unit would be the same. I was told yes but my actual unit is very run down. The gym was closed before I moved in and it is still closed with no eta. The office was broken into and checks were stolen my second month here. The trash valet was terrible. They would not pick up trash for a few days even though they were supposed to come m-f. Because of this, the complex would stink, attract bugs, and cause a lot of litter. ... read more

No lo recomiendo primero la señora manager es una mujer demasiado grosera no sabe hablar ni respetar no arreglan nada nunca va mantenimiento y si vas a la oficina esa chica te habla como si te odiara
