Luz was a very great person I would recommend her any day please do keep her on board because she is the best
Went into this apartment complex two times looking to get a tour and both times got turned away. 20 minutes before they were closing and another time when only one lady was working and she wouldn’t let me join a tour with another interested applicant. Where the interested applicant actually said I can join them on their tour. Completely lost my business. I would not trust this apartment. Based on how the staff works on even getting new tenants.
0 out of 10 — I absolutely would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. This has easily been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in, there were issue after issue, and management has done the bare minimum to properly resolve them. The apartment had roaches that took 2 weeks before they sent pest control out, dirty fixtures, broken appliances (stove wobbling from side to side every time I cook), water leaks from washer/dryer and backed-up drains in the tubs, sinks and toilets.
