I’ve been living here with my boyfriend for two years. Anytime we had an issue, the girls up front, GG and Hailey, have been absolutely amazing and helped resolve all issues. Literally perfect location, it takes me two minutes to get on the freeway and Taco Bell is like a block away ! Love it here.
Have you ever been on a tropical vacation where the beach is warm, the sun and skies are clear, and the service is something to write home about? That’s what it’s like to live at district north apartments. The staff is happier than Olaf from frozen, and more helpful than google.com. If you don’t live here, you’re just not living!
The office offers me $ 500 to renew. And now say it was a mistake. Don't move to this complex. It is not the first time that they are disrespectful to me. Now I need to move in 2 weeks. Please check my payment history and you can see that I have always paid in advance.

The location is exceptionally good and the apartment is very nice, the building has been decorated with a good taste and we really feel like home. The staff is very friendly and a big thank for Andrew who is an excellent manager. I love to live in District North.

Honestly, would LOVE to have someone take over our lease but we have nothing good to say about this place. The idea of moving into a brand new apartment complex sounded amazing when we signed a lease this summer, but every day since it has become more and more cringe worthy. Management has already changed in the six months we've been here. Twice, I think. It's not like that helped at all though! Office hours are a joke they post on the door.
