Go see Ms. Chow! (Rhymes with WOW!) for your next pedicure. Attentive, patient, and, oh my, what a foot massage. The kind lots of other places charge extra for, but not here. Great value.. This place is the best. They've been my go-to for the past two years in DC. They are consistent, reliable, clean, and have such warm and friendly employees - special shout out to Van, the other Van and Kim! Gel nails last two weeks! I'm moving away from the city and going to miss this spot. Can't recommend them more highly!!!
