The apartments are modern and beautiful, full of light and brightness, and the staff is second-to-none. I moved in to District Lofts earlier this month and the staff is great, layouts are beautifully spacious, and the location is amazing. The only con is that they only have AT&T for internet and we had trouble with installation on the date that was requested online(our service was delayed about a week because of issues on their end that they couldn’t seem to fix until my partner spoke with the right manager at AT&T who knew their stuff) hopefully they allow Google Fiber in the … See more
My husband and I have been living here for almost 4 years, and recently upgraded from the one bedroom to the 2-bedroom apartment and we love all the extra space! We still have not found another place that is like this apartment, and we have looked for a while. Great staff, welcoming and always quick responses with any service requests.

I'm living in district Lofts since I reached US (over a year now). I love the place and people and everything it's different and leasing center ladies are so nice and keep treating and helping us very very nicely. we are here like family and friends. and I just extended my lease with them for 15 more month.
We Love living here! The apartments are wonderful and I love the area! Everyone who works here has been very nice and helpful.
The property is not well maintained for the price. The floors of the rooms that hold the trash cans are covered in garbage and cause the floor to smell and have bugs. Construction on the building has been ongoing since April and is noisy and disruptive. Screws and nails are all around the property and popped one of my tires. The parking deck literally has sections of concrete falling down. The building caught on fire a month or so ago and there has been no explanation so it's hard to feel safe. Wonderful apartments! We love the place and the whole park west area. There are so many amazing restaurants conveniently located around you to satisfy your every craving. Shopping complex for your every need. A movie theater to watch your favorite movies. There is live music on every weekend of the entire summer right outside the apartment buildings. The list just goes on! We truely are living above it all!
I currently live here and love it.
