Rita is the best! I've booked a number of sessions to address anxiety associated with my golf game and the results have been amazing! What I greatly appreciate is her process that includes 1 on 1 conversation and an in-depth needs analysis to get to the root of the issues at hand. I started going to Rita for crippling flight anxiety about three months ago. After my first hypnotherapy session, I had to get on a plane and was immediately able to use the tools she equipped me with. I had a much better flight (15 hours to Korea) right off the bat.
