What can I say, working with Rita was pretty life changing. She was recommended to me by a few friends who had gone to see her. After years of therapy on and off to deal with certain anxieties and impulses I was able to improve and eliminate them after 7 weeks with Rita. She is empathetic, calm and welcoming, I felt truly cared for and supported. I cannot recommend working with Rita enough.

It worked for me for driving anxiety. I was skeptical initially, but having tried other strategies unsuccessfully, I thought it worth giving a try. I noticed a difference almost immediately and after two sessions my anxiety went from a 6-7 down to 1-2. Highly recommend Rita.
